📱 Software Architect (iOS & Android)

Part of a growing financial department driving next-generation mobile innovation.

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to take end-to-end ownership of our mobile platforms and guide two development teams — one focused on core infrastructure and another on business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of mobile architecture across iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms.
• Mentor and guide development teams, defining best practices for performance, code quality, accessibility, and security.
• Drive unified development strategies and enable shared code components across platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define APIs, integrations, and CI/CD processes in a cloud environment.
• Monitor app performance, implement optimization strategies, and ensure adherence to security standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead without formal authority.
• Advantage: Open-source contributions, public speaking, or thought leadership in the mobile community.
