Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Subsidiaries Controller to join our global finance team. This is a unique opportunity for a CPA with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to play a key role in financial oversight of global subsidiaries across the organization.

This role is ideal for a CPA with 3–5 years of experience at an accounting firm or with up to one post-internship role.

This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position for 9 months

What You Will Do

• Act as the Accounting and FP&A focal point for one of the company’s business segments generating approximately $60M in annual revenues, serving as a key finance business partner to management - reviewing deals, analyzing performance, and supporting strategic decisions.
• Perform monthly reviews of financial statements and reporting packages from global subsidiaries.
• Provide accounting guidance to local finance teams on revenue recognition, tax, and intercompany transactions.
• Support quarterly consolidation and financial close processes, including review and analysis of results.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across subsidiaries and business segments, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations) to assess financial implications of new initiatives and contracts.
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience in public company financial reporting and a solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong data analysis and system skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in or with multinational companies is a plus
