Network Security Engineer

We’re looking for a Network Security Engineer to join a leading financial organization based in Tel Aviv

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled security professional to work in a dynamic environment, managing and operating Check Point systems at an advanced level.

What you’ll do:

• Manage, operate, and maintain Check Point Firewalls in a complex enterprise environment
• Configure, upgrade, and update security systems and network devices
• Work with advanced security blades such as URL Filtering, HTTPS Inspection, Threat Emulation, and Threat Extraction
• Collaborate with IT and networking teams to ensure high system availability and strong security posture

What you bring:

Information Security:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Check Point Firewalls (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Threat Emulation / Extraction / URL Filtering
• Experience using advanced Check Point blades and managing upgrades
• 1+ experience in IT infrastructure or networking
• Solid understanding of network communication technologies (VLANs, Link Aggregation, Trunks, LAN/WAN)
• Experience troubleshooting core and edge network issues (Routing / IPVPN)
