Join Impala AI, an innovative startup building a fully-managed LLM-inference platform, that enables data heavy enterprises to perform any AI task at any scale without limits.

We’re looking for a Product lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define and deliver products that help our customers scale AI more intelligently and efficiently.

• Own the full product lifecycle - from ideation, opportunity sizing, and validation to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, design, data, and GTM teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment.
• Write detailed PRDs and feature specs, create wireframes and user stories, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and business impact.
• Conduct A/B tests, experiments, and user behavior analysis to optimize product engagement and outcomes.
• Act as the internal product evangelist, building awareness and alignment across the company.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience, from usability to scalability, across all product layers.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in infrastructure, Cyber, or deep-tech company.
• Strong technical background - able to understand complex systems and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, able to take full ownership of initiatives.
• Adaptability and resilience- comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset- thrives working cross-functionally with R&D, Design, GTM, and leadership.

• Experience in AI infrastructure, developer platforms, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with GPU compute, cloud orchestration, or ML toolchains.
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or in a growth-stage environment.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems with elegant product design.
