Operations & Finance Coordinator | Netanya (On-site)

An international company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Finance Coordinator. This position combines finance support, vendor communication, and global logistics — perfect for someone analytical, structured, and confident managing multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage payments, collections, and financial tracking with precision

• Communicate directly with vendors and service providers to resolve invoices and billing matters

• Coordinate with local authorities and the Ministry of Health on product registrations (cosmetics field)

• Handle international shipments end-to-end — from supplier coordination to customs documentation

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and Excel-based analyses to support management

What We’re Looking For

Strong numerical and analytical ability with advanced Excel skills

Assertive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently communicator with confidence handling vendors and partners

Experience in Ministry of Health on product registrations

Experience in operations, accounting support, or logistics

Fluent English;
