A leading medical center in the heart of Israel is seeking an experienced Integration Development Team Lead to join its technology division.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex integration projects in a cutting-edge healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers
• Manage and develop integration interfaces across all organizational systems
• Work hands-on in interface development
• Prioritize and manage cross-organizational projects and tasks
• Ensure delivery timelines and service quality for technology teams

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience developing interfaces using integration platforms
• Hands-on experience in integration development – must
• Experience leading integration projects and managing teams – strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare systems – major advantage
• Familiarity with Ensemble / Health Connect or similar integration products – advantage
• Knowledge of FHIR – advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

💰 Salary: ~20,000 NIS
