Digital Marketing Manager

ESOP-Pheonix is the leading trustee in Israel, offering a verity of solutions to hi-tech companies.

As ESOP's Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing ESOPs marketing strategy, maintaining the company's digital assets, as well as those of its senior leadership, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and leading activity on social media – with an emphasis on LinkedIn

• Initiating, producing, and executing webinars and professional events (both physical and digital)

• Editing professional content (posts, articles, newsletters, videos)

• Collaborating with internal and external professionals to produce high-quality content

• Full responsibility of PPC, SEO, LinkedIn campaigns

• Measuring and analyzing data to improve performance

Required Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing. Finance or HiTech – an advantage

• LinkedIn wizard – both organic and paid

• Content writing skills in both Hebrew and English

• Experience in webinars/events producing

• Understanding of employer branding and thought leadership – an advantage

• Analytical orientation – ability to measure campaigns to optimize performance

• Creativity, independence, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
