Overview:
We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy professional to manage both pre- and post-sales activities with law enforcement customers in the telecommunication and cellular domains. The role involves leading technical discussions, demonstrations, and POCs, as well as providing ongoing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive communicator who can bridge business and technology, understand customer needs, and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform presale activities from early engagement with law enforcement customers in the telecommunication technologies and cellular domains, while working closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders from R&D, Product, Project Management and Marketing, to push opportunities forward, produce presentations, proposals and promote customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to the company’s customers, take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems.
- Managing customer-facing activities, including commercial and technical sessions, demonstrations and presentations, lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical training sessions and travel to customer sites as needed, present at webinars, conferences, and professional meetups
- Understanding the customer's needs and matching the customer pain points to successfully reach a proposed solution that meets those challenges, impacting greatly the product roadmap by providing the voice of customer.
Requirements

- Ability to draft and write proposals and presentations at a professional level
- Self sufficient & independent
- In-depth knowledge of IP communications, protocols, applications and encryption – an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical topics and creatively explain complex concepts
- Fluent English (writing/reading/speaking) – a must
- other languages (preferably Spanish) – an advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad ~30% of the year
- Linux knowledge- an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular and IP networks – an advantage
- Background in Intelligence technologies and methodologies – an advantage
- Foreign passport – an advantage
