לארגון פיננסי בפתח תקוה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מוצר Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct market and user research to uncover needs, trends, and opportunities, using insights to guide product decisions.

● Define and drive the AI and GenAI product strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer experience objectives.

● Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product initiatives.

● Work closely with internal teams and startups to design and test proof-of-concepts, validate ideas quickly, and scale successful solutions.

● Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data, feedback, and business value.

● Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and smooth execution.

● Manage the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization.

● Ensure products are intuitive, high-quality, and deliver measurable value to users and the organization.

● Act as a champion for responsible, practical AI adoption within the company.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI, GenAI, or data-driven products.

● Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Base44, Azure AI Studio, Bedrock).

● Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

● Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.

● Experience in financial, fintech, or insurance environments — an advantage.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.

● Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse stakeholders and aligning them around a shared vision.

● Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset — always exploring new tools and AI capabilities.
