We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Markets Sales Team Admin to join our vibrant trading room. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of market products, controls, and CRM. Previous experience in local banking and a back-office advantage would be beneficial. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to our markets sales team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the markets sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments such as the back-office to ensure all sales orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Understand and adhere to all trading room controls and compliance regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role in the local banking sector.
• Familiarity with market products and trading room controls.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail.
