Job Description:

• For the Engineering Department we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer that will play a key role in the operation of our production lines.
• You will be the professional expert on medical devices manufacturing process – from components suppliers to in-house semi-automated production lines.
• You will be responsible for clean rooms infrastructures management including performance, qualifications, calibrations and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of our products, pushing for constant improvement of test strategies and process development.
• You will perform engineering investigations, root cause analysis for process, machines and yield improvements.
• You will manage manufacturing projects – capacity expansion, improving production processes and operational excellence.
• You will manage and execute engineering changes for both tooling and process.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or other technological engineering, from a well-known institute.

Job skills:

• 0-2 years of experience with manufacturing/process engineering.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes for mass production.
• Good understanding in pneumatic and mechanics.
• Good analytical skills, self-starter with drive, focus and initiative.
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience from the Medical devices/Pharma or automotive industry – an advantage
• Professional experience as manufacturing/process engineer with multi discipline product - an advantage
• Clean room work experience – an advantage
• Familiarity with root cause analysis practices - an advantage
• Experienced with cross functional projects leading, working with various departments- an advantage

Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications, industrial CAD software (SolidWorks)

Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken

Personality: A team player with a CAN-DO attitude and Hands-On approach, a fast learner that quickly adapts in a highly dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, analytical mind, creative, good organizational skills.
