Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Rehovot for an International Event Producer. The role involves planning, managing, and executing corporate events, expos, conferences, and incentive trips for global clients. You will oversee logistics, budgets, schedules, and creative execution while ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

You will work closely with international clients, suppliers, and internal teams to bring complex projects to life. The job includes managing relationships, problem-solving calmly under pressure, and traveling abroad to produce events on-site.

• Proven experience in event production, management, and client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English is required
• High level of organization, precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
• Team player with a genuine collaborative spirit
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and values
• Flexibility to travel internationally and work on-site during events
• Recommendations from partners, suppliers, or colleagues are a plus
