Site Engineer – Residential Construction Projects (Haifa, Israel)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our residential construction team in Haifa. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in project execution, strong coordination and leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex construction projects on time and to the highest standards.

• Manage and supervise residential construction projects through all execution stages.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee time management, progress control, and project quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the project management team to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project execution.
• Proven project coordination and site management skills.
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and quantities.
• Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Priority ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advantageous: Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Revit, or BIM project management tools.
• Fluent Hebrew; English proficiency is an advantage.
