We are a fast-moving, seed-stage startup backed by Tier 1 Silicon Valley VCs. After a successful funding round, we are expanding our leadership team to include a visionary Chief Technology Officer. Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we are building a cutting-edge agentic platform on a mission to become the service delivery backbone for the next generation of marketing departments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and strategic CTO to lead our technology vision and execution. As the senior-most technology leader, you will work directly with the Founders, CEO, and management team, acting as the number one person in charge of all technology research, product development, and delivery.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of building a B2B SaaS platform- from inception through successful launch, scaling, and continuous growth. With a strong AI-driven development mindset and deep knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices, you will establish best-in-class engineering standards while fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability.

This role is ideal for a proven senior technology leader who has scaled remote engineering organizations of 30+ people, built and launched complex B2B SaaS products, and thrives in the fast-paced environment of early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and scale a world-class distributed engineering organization, with proven experience managing 30+ remote engineers.

● Own the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform.

● Spearhead the integration and application of Generative AI technologies, including agentic frameworks, LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCP, and advanced tool-calling patterns.

● Oversee architecture, infrastructure, and security to ensure the platform is scalable, performant, and enterprise-ready.

● Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, shaping product direction, business strategy, and long-term growth. Drive the full lifecycle of product development - from inception, launch, and customer adoption to scaling and continuous innovation.

● Establish and champion modern CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering excellence practices across the organization. ● Inspire, mentor, and elevate engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Requirements

● Proven track record as a senior technology leader (CTO / VP R&D) in high-growth B2B SaaS startups.

● Deep experience building and scaling SaaS products from inception through launch and growth. ● Vast experience leading remote-first engineering organizations of 30+ people.

● Hands-on expertise with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, MCP, etc.).

● Strong foundation in Python, React, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS / K8s).

● Mastery of CI/CD and DevOps practices, with a passion for building high-velocity engineering organizations.

● Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to align technical and business stakeholders.

● Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
