We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender & Scheduling Engineer to join our engineering and project management team in Omer. The role combines tender pricing, project scheduling, and control for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, requiring both analytical precision and strategic oversight.

• Prepare and analyze tender documents, cost estimates, and schedules for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring accurate planning and real-time progress tracking.
• Monitor project performance, identify delays or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in bid processes, pricing proposals, and tender evaluations.
• Conduct risk analysis, milestone tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and external consultants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide ongoing schedule control and compliance analysis across multiple projects.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tender costing and project scheduling for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Full proficiency in MS Project and Priority ERP – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and efficiency.
