Civil Engineer – Construction & Infrastructure Projects

Location: Eilat, Israel

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Eilat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and infrastructure projects, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of construction and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor schedules, quality control, and project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, engineering, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in residential and infrastructure project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quantity surveying.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Priority software.
• Fluent Hebrew; English proficiency an advantage.
