Senior Product Manager - Retail Media

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to a growing Startup in TLV to lead our Retail Media product line, shaping the future of in-store advertising and shopper engagement.

What you’ll do

Define and execute the product strategy for Retail Media platform – combining in-store advertising, campaign management, and data insights.

Collaborate with software, hardware, and data teams to enhance the Smart Cart platform’s ad-tech capabilities.

Build tools and APIs for campaign management, targeting, and performance measurement.

Develop analytics dashboards and attribution models for retailers and brands.

Lead discovery processes to identify customer needs and emerging retail media trends.

Partner with business and sales teams to drive go-to-market success.

Define KPIs and success metrics for retail media performance and monetization.

Ensure a seamless advertiser and shopper experience through data-driven UX.

Communicate roadmap progress and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in ad-tech, mar-tech, or retail media.

Proven record in building and delivering digital advertising or monetization platforms.

Strong technical understanding of software, data integrations, and analytics (IoT, advertising systems).

Analytical, data-driven mindset with business acumen.

Deep understanding of the retail ecosystem (shopper data, brand partnerships, media operations) – an advantage.

Experience in fast-paced startup or growth environments.

Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagements.
