Inventory Planning & Logistics Operations Coordinator – High-Tech Company

A fast-growing high-tech company is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and

detail-oriented professional to manage inventory planning and logistics operations

across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, and oversee transfers

between warehouses

 Plan and control inventory according to operational and production needs

 Handle incoming goods from suppliers, manage shipments, and oversee

delivery processes

 Manage assemblies and kits in the Priority ERP system

 Issue delivery notes and manage returns from suppliers and customers

 Maintain inventory data, generate reports, and ensure ongoing control and

accuracy

 Conduct periodic inventory counts

 Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management,

inventory control, or logistics operations) – must

 Experience managing large-scale inventory with hundreds of SKUs, multiple

warehouses, and subcontractors – must

 Proficiency in Priority ERP – must

 Good command of English (reading and writing)

 Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
