Fleet & Transportation Safety Officer – Eilat, Israel

We are seeking a skilled and certified Fleet and Transportation Safety Officer to manage and oversee our diverse vehicle fleet in Eilat. This role requires a responsible and proactive professional with strong technical understanding, operational discipline, and the ability to ensure full compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

• Manage and supervise a comprehensive fleet including private vehicles, trucks, heavy machinery, trailers, and marine vessels.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection, and regulatory compliance of heavy equipment, forklifts, and specialized vehicles.
• Ensure driver qualification, safety compliance, and vehicle assignment across the organization.
• Coordinate with garages, tire shops, insurance providers, and other service vendors.
• Schedule and track maintenance, annual licensing, insurance renewals, and repairs.
• Manage and document accidents, malfunctions, and operational incidents.
• Develop and implement strategies for fleet efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.

• Valid certification as a Transportation Safety Officer – mandatory.
• Valid Class E driver’s license – mandatory.
• Proven experience in fleet management within large organizations or companies.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Automotive mechanic certification – an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
