Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
This senior leadership role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative capable of driving brand growth, optimizing digital performance, and leading a team that leverages AI, automation, and data to deliver measurable results.
He/She will oversee all aspects of marketing from brand positioning and performance campaigns to SEO, content, ABM, and automation ensuring cohesive messaging, strong ROI, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team across digital, creative, and growth disciplines.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign roadmaps.
- Oversee the full customer journey from brand awareness to conversion and retention.
Account-Based & Growth Marketing (ABM)
- Build and execute targeted ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers.
- Integrate personalized marketing tactics across digital channels, CRM, and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and revenue goals for B2B growth.
Digital Campaigns & Paid Media
- Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure continuous A/B testing, creative iteration, and data-driven optimization for maximum ROI.
- Balance short-term lead generation with long-term brand equity.
AI, Automation & Tech Stack
- Oversee AI marketing agents to enhance campaign performance, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
- Implement and optimize automation workflows across email, CRM, and retargeting channels.
- Manage and scale marketing infrastructure including HubSpot and analytics platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of AI, marketing automation, and martech innovation.
SEO, Content & Brand Growth
- Lead a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives visibility, authority, and GEO-based reach.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-impact storytelling across all digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver high-performing landing pages, blogs, and campaign assets.
- Strengthen company brand awareness and voice in target markets.
Guerilla Marketing & Experimentation
- Cultivate a guerilla marketing mindset the ability to conceptualize and launch creative campaigns and landing pages within a single day.
- Identify unconventional, cost-effective opportunities to boost awareness and engagement.
- Encourage rapid testing and adaptability across campaigns and formats.
Tracking, Analytics & Optimization
- Serve as the tracking and analytics lead managing Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, and attribution models.
- Analyze and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Use insights to guide strategy and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or head-of-department role.
- Proven success managing B2B and B2C marketing strategies at scale.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation systems.
- Demonstrated success with ABM programs and sales-marketing alignment.
- Strong tech-savviness, including AI marketing tools, analytics platforms, and integrations.
- Creative, data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and execute efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
