Business Product Owner

Deloitte Digital, a global creative digital consultancy, combines a creative agency, consultancy, and technology powerhouse, and is looking for a talented Business Product Owner to lead large-scale customer-focused tech implementations.

What you Will do:

In this role, you will manage technology-driven projects that enhance our business operations. You will be the professional responsible for business requirements definition in large scale technology platform implementation projects (CRM, Agents, ERP, Commerce, Marketing automation). You will collaborate with and C-Level executives, engineering, design, business teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive the project. Your work will focus on better understanding of business trends, analyze customers' needs, improve service delivery, and drive technological advancements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement technological solutions that drive business improvements and efficiencies.
• Oversee project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Present findings and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure accurate user classification and data integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.

Your skills & expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fields.
• 3+ years' experience managing technology-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Experience in managing technology-driven projects.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate technical concept to non technical audience
• Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong technological orientation with the ability to identify and define processes.
