Position Details

• Hybrid: 1 day remote per week

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Digital Division!

The position includes end-to-end responsibility for managing, developing, and improving the bank's digital products, from the strategy stage to field implementation. The Product Manager will lead cross-organizational processes with business, technological, and regulatory interfaces and will directly impact customer experience and the success of the bank's digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic thinking and defining a digital product roadmap
• Managing the product lifecycle – identifying needs, writing requirements, supporting development and launch
• Leading cross-organizational tasks in the digital domain while working with various interfaces (development, legal, information security, etc.)
• Monitoring, measuring, and controlling the product to identify trends, failures, and friction points in order to maximize success rates
• Working with design companies
• Teamwork and close collaboration with other product managers in the division

Position Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• In-depth familiarity with the financial world
• Experience in writing business requirements and reading technological specifications
• Broad understanding of customer experience and guiding principles in UI/UX
• Experience working with various interfaces in an intensive environment
• Excellent interpersonal relations, high communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to read data in measurement systems, analyze it, and extract insights
• Managerial independence, ability to manage and lead multiple tasks simultaneously, and time management
• Experience in mobilizing people in matrix management as well
