About the Role:

 We’re looking for an energetic Workspace Manager 💪 to lead our teams, manage day-to-day operations, events, client experience, and budgets. Someone who loves taking initiative, driving things forward, and growing alongside their team ⚡.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the community managers and Operations Manager
• Be the main point of contact between the workspace and ROOMS HQ
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and daily operations ✅
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals 💰
• Ensure an outstanding client experience – happy clients stay!
• Take full ownership of the workspace’s financial success: oversee all income and expenses, work proactively to increase revenue professionally and reduce costs creatively
• Be responsible for the performance of the profit unit you lead, with a deep understanding of every contract, client, colleague, and cleaner within your workspace
  
  

• 2+ years of team / business unit management
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or events
• Experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, or coworking spaces – a big plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue and build high-performing teams
• Quick, practical, and creative problem-solving skills
