Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator (Intermediate Level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reporting, maintain data integrity, and implement enhancements that drive business growth and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support data management activities, including imports, updates, deduplication, backups and restoration, and data quality assurance.
• Assist with system integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange installations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and coordinate with Salesforce Support when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Salesforce release readiness activities.
  
  

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
• Understanding of flows and automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience with tools such as Data Loader, or similar.
• Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Hubspot).
