As our first FP&A Analyst, you'll be the strategic finance partner behind our next stage of growth — transforming data into insight and building the financial models that guide critical business decisions. You'll work closely with the C-level team to bring structure, visibility, and clarity to our financial planning, helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain structured financial models and forecasts (Revenue, cash flow, headcount, scenario planning) - ensuring leadership has up-to-date visibility, not just annual budget cycles;
• Support the CFO with analysis and preparation of financial insights for management reviews, board prep inputs, and strategic decision-making;
• Produce clear monthly and quarterly performance reports and KPIs- turning financial data into actionable understanding;
• Work closely with Finance Operations (controller & accounting) to keep financial data accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems;
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure financial plans reflect actual business dynamics and future commitments- while maintaining financial discipline;
• Help introduce structure and consistency into the way financial performance is tracked and reviewed- without owning budget approval or policy decisions
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial modeling within high-tech / SaaS / startup environments
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment — comfortable operating across time zones and with international teams/customers
• Strong background in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis — with the ability to bring clarity to complex datasets
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — capable of building models from scratch, not just maintaining templates
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and analytical — with strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end — while working directly with the CFO in a high-trust environment
