Senior manager, Director of engineering

🚀 We’re building the next generation of cloud POS systems for restaurants, hotels, and bars — and we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to lead engineers, drive product delivery, and help scale a high-impact SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams (backend, frontend, QA).
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Product.
• Own delivery, quality, and release cycles for core product features.
• Implement and enforce best practices in Agile, CI/CD, and cloud architecture.
• Contribute to technical decisions in Python/Node.js/React or similar stacks.
• Foster a culture of growth, ownership, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years in software engineering, with at least 1 years managing teams.
• Strong experience in SaaS/cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid technical background (backend or full-stack preferred).
• Proven success in team leadership, coaching, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
