Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain compliance programs aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
* Coordinate internal and external audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
* Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies, and certifications.
* Assist with vendor risk management and compliance reviews.
* Support RFI/RFP processes and provide compliance input to customers.
* Deliver compliance awareness training and reporting.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or information security in a SaaS environment.
* Proven experience supporting SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR certification processes.
* Hands-on experience with GRC platforms.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls) – advantage.
