A leading financial institution is seeking a Markets Sales Team Admin to join its dynamic trading room in Tel Aviv.
This role involves providing ongoing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining accurate client data in the CRM system, coordinating meetings, following up on trades with the Back Office, and ensuring compliance with trading room procedures and controls.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banking or a similar administrative role – mandatory.
- Familiarity with financial products and trading room operations – strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field – advantage.
