A stealth-mode startup in Data, focusing on critical Data Engineering challenges using AI Agents. The company has developed an AI-powered system that integrates with development processes (e.g., via Git) to analyze code changes in real time, proactively detect potential issues affecting data systems, dashboards, or analytics pipelines, and identify unexpected impacts before code reaches production.
Based in Tel Aviv near the train and light rail, hybrid work model (2 days from home), 15 employees, recently raised ~$8M in Seed funding.
The role: Join the team under the Head of Development (also a co-founder), working with Python in a Microservices architecture to help accelerate innovation while ensuring data quality and reliability.
Requirements-
- 5 years of experience in building backend software using a high-level language such as Python
- A customer-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, algorithms, etc.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with micro-service architecture & cloud-native services - advantage
