Job Description

• Implement processes in dedicated ministry information systems.
• Deploy and integrate dedicated ministry information systems and off-the-shelf software products.
• Develop training materials using innovative tools (instructional videos and digital guides).
• Gather and analyze requirements emerging from operational teams.
• Analyze customer requirements, adapt them to systems, and coordinate their implementation with the IT/Communications Manager.
• Analyze and support report generation and data-driven decision-making (using QlikView and Big Data systems).
• Identify processes within the organization that lack existing systems and propose technological solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant academic education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
• Experience implementing information systems in organizations (experience with complex HR and payroll systems is an advantage).
• Experience with CRM Dynamics and knowledge of data analysis and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong system analysis and requirements specification skills; familiarity with technologies for setting up and maintaining websites and online forms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project).
• Experience working in large organizations with senior management, multiple teams, and multiple tasks; providing support to VIP clients.
• Experience conducting in-person and individual training sessions; familiarity with digital training tools (e.g., Photoshop, Storyline, Adobe Suite – an advantage).
