QA Automation Team Lead

Job Description:

• Manage all software testing activities — from planning and design to execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
• Develop and implement testing strategies, define test scenarios, and conduct regression testing.
• Perform both manual and automated testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and testing infrastructures.
• The role combines hands-on testing and automation development with team leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree or Software Engineering diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing based on QA methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation infrastructures.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading QA teams.
• Strong understanding of test documentation and execution based on formal methodologies.
• Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright and JavaScript.
• Experience testing both client-side and server-side applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and query writing.
• Advantage: background in C#.NET development and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with DevOps environments – an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies – an advantage.
