Marketing Team Lead

We’re hiring a Team Lead to manage and grow a team focused on paid social media campaigns, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of large-scale, performance-driven marketing activity in a fast-paced and data-oriented environment.

As part of a global marketing team, you will lead digital initiatives across multiple platforms, manage budgets, drive measurable growth, and shape the creative and strategic direction of high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers, that manage digital campaigns end-to-end. Ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.
• Oversee execution and optimization across channels (video, social, and others)
• Manage significant media budgets with clear performance goals
• Drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using spreadsheets and performance dashboards
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform capabilities to maintain a competitive edge
• Foster a culture of learning, proactivity, and excellence within the team.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• 1+ years in a team lead or senior ownership role
• A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience running large-scale campaigns with measurable success
• The ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
• Familiarity with measurement methodologies and frameworks used to evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Strong interpersonal skills: a natural leader who can motivate others and is driven by insights and results.
• Multitasker, organized with attention to details and a real problem solver.
