Marketing Analyst & AI Specialist.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Nazareth, is for a Marketing Analyst & AI Specialist. To support the marketing teams at the Afifi Group through data analysis, business insights, building smart customer journeys, and AI capabilities to improve effectiveness and increase business value from the customer segments of all group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishment, Management, and Optimisation of Multi-Channel Automated Customer Journeys: (Email, app, SMS, WhatsApp), including the use of AI capabilities to improve messaging and timing.
• Segmentation Analysis and Insight: Develop and deepen customer segmentation, analyze campaign performance, identify profitable/at-risk audiences, and support strategic decisions.
• Integration of AI Tools into Marketing Work: Utilise AI tools to generate forecasts (Churn, CLV), satisfaction surveys, service inquiries, and automated recommendations for improving marketing activity.
• Production of Reports and Dashboards.
• Measurement and Improvement of Marketing ROI/ROAS.
