Sales Manager

Sela College is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager with a passion for education and technology, to join our winning team and lead sales processes with both business and individual clients.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for the sales process end-to-end – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Selling technological courses and training programs to business clients (B2B) – companies, organizations, and institutions.
• Conducting meetings, proactive sales calls, and follow-ups on warm and cold leads.
• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders across the college and the company.
• Meeting sales targets and expanding business activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience – mandatory.
• Experience in selling services, courses, or training programs – strong advantage.
• Ability to independently lead a sales process, from lead to closure.
• Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, and persuasive.
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and broad business perspective.
• Preferably experience in the academic, college, or telemarketing sectors.
