Located in Tel Aviv (5-min walk from a train station), around 100 employees globally, with a hybrid work model (2 days from home).

Role overview

• The role involves leading the Data Science team that drives the core product and impacts the entire business
• Lead the Data Science team driving the core product with global impact.
• Focus on advanced accessibility research, context-based problem solving, and proactive issue detection.
• Work with diverse data types: text, LLM, visual, and tabular.
• Manage a team of 5 (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Algorithm Developers) with planned growth.
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle: research, data collection, model deployment, monitoring, and post-processing.
• Guide algorithmic strategy, select tools and technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Hands-on involvement as needed, decreasing as the team expands.

Requirements-

• 8 years of experience
• 4 years of managerial experience
• MSc in a research-related field
• Experience with SaaS/B2B products – required
• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning (DL) and Machine Learning (ML) – required
• Experience deploying solutions to production for clients – required
