A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Proposal Manager/Product Coordinator

Job Description:

• Responsible for submissions of tender proposals and technical proposals, as part of product management team.
• Accountable for analyzing and collecting data for various departments: R&D, Engineering, etc.
• Working globally with all subsidiaries and collaborating with legal and regulatory departments.
• Preparing technical and commercial discussions with internal and external customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, technical specifications and documentation.

Requirements:

• Academic degree (B.A /Industrial Engineering or similar) – Mandatory
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial/business roles – Advantage.
• Ability to read and analyze commercial documents and contracts with basic technical understanding – Advantage.
• Very high level of English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel – Mandatory.
• Experience with Priority ERP and/or Salesforce – Advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing or defense company – Advantage.
• Technical background or experience in electronics – Advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy - mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and integrate data efficiently.
• Strong business presence and ability to work directly with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment.
