Senior Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and delivery for our web and mobile experiences. You’ll lead a team of 6 Product Managers, partner closely with AI/ML, design, and engineering, and turn customer insight into products that ship, scale, and delight.

What you’ll do

• Set the strategy: Define the multi-quarter product vision and measurable outcomes aligned to business goals.
• Own the lifecycle: Drive discovery → definition → delivery → iteration for new features and products.
• Lead PMs: Coach and develop a team of ~6 PMs; raise the bar on product craft, execution, and impact.
• Build with AI: Partner with data science/AI teams to integrate intelligent, privacy-aware solutions.
• Champion UX: Collaborate with Design to deliver simple, elegant UI/UX across platforms.
• Execute in Agile: Run effective planning, prioritization, and delivery using tools like Azure DevOps and Monday.
• Know the market: Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights to drive the roadmap.
• Align stakeholders: Communicate priorities and progress with Engineering, Marketing, and the Business.

What you’ll bring

• ~5+ years of product management experience building web and/or mobile products.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools or integrating AI/ML capabilities into products.
• Strong product sense and UI/UX instincts; customer-centric decision making.
• Fluency with Agile practices and modern product tooling (Azure DevOps, Monday, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus).
• Experience in education/learning products is a plus.
• Excellent communication in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

How we work

• Hybrid: Full-time, 2–3 days on-site in Ramat Aviv, Tel Aviv.
