Machine Learning Engineer

A startup in the AI Digital Health space, developing a SaaS product that brings intelligence capabilities to healthcare. The platform assists medical processes in the U.S., including consolidating patient information into a single clinical identity, decision support for doctors, aiding optimal diagnoses, and data collection and analysis.

Based in Ramat Gan (near the train line) with a hybrid work model (3 days from home), the company has 100 employees.

The role-

• Part of an innovative infrastructure team, working closely with the Data Science department to bring AI models into production.
• Python development combined with ML and LLM models.
• Work within an AWS environment, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
• Engineering AI/ML systems including NLP, LLM, RAG, and Agentic systems.
• Backend development and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Use of ML frameworks and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow.
• Responsible for model training, evaluation, and deployment at large scale.
• Developing and maintaining infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads.

• Experience in ML or AI development – required
• Strong Python development experience – required
• Experience working with Cloud environments – required
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military unit experience – required
