DevOps Manager

A leading Federated AI startup developing distributed systems for regulatory-compliant environments while preserving user privacy (Healthcare, Finance, BioPharma). The company enables model training on sensitive, distributed data without compromising confidentiality, and collaborates with major global companies.

Based in Tel Aviv (near the train line) with a hybrid model (2 days from home), ~25 employees in Israel and 5 in the U.S., recently closed a $15M Series A as part of total funding over $30M.

Founded by industry veterans with deep experience in digital health, AI, and entrepreneurship.

The role: Lead and grow a DevOps team (2-3 engineers, hiring more), transition operations from outsourced teams to Israel, and manage robust, scalable cloud infrastructures (AWS).

Responsibilities include building new infrastructure, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, working with Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, and supporting MLops infrastructure.

Requirement-

• 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer – required
• Experience with AWS or GCP – required
• Strong Linux experience – required
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools – required
• Experience with Kubernetes – required
• Experience in startups / high-tech / finance / healthcare – required
• Experience with algorithms – advantage
• Experience with MLops infrastructure and environments – advantage
• Experience developing infrastructure in regulated industries – advantage
• Experience with GPU / clusters – advantage
