Head of Algorithms – NLP / LLM | Tel Aviv | Hybrid

I’m partnering with a fast-growing AI startup (Series A, $22M raised, ~50 people in TLV) that’s reinventing how brands understand the social world.

They’ve built a platform that can see and interpret what happens inside social videos — not just the text around them — helping global brands like Ferrari and P&G protect reputation, detect risks, and uncover trends in real time.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Algorithms to lead a brilliant team developing LLM-powered, multimodal AI — fine-tuning large models, designing intelligent chat agents, and tackling real challenges at the frontier of AI and social media.

💻 Must have: strong Python skills and deep experience in applied ML/DL (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs, multi-agent systems).
