Backend team lead

A startup developing a task and project management platform that integrates multiple parameters into a single environment. The system also enables tracking of sales processes and customer management, allowing seamless monitoring across stages while managing tasks.

The platform specializes in project and task management, offering a collaborative environment where team members and external guests can communicate, share files, integrate with external systems, and manage automations and workflows.

Based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid work model (2 days from home), the company has over 1 million users across 190 countries and more than 200 industries.

The role:

• Manage a team of 3-5 developers with ~40% hands-on work.
• Full Stack development: Node.js, React.js, Redux.
• Work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Snowflake.
• Platform for task, project, and sales process management with collaboration, file sharing, automations, and integrations.
• Focus can be Backend team management or infrastructure responsibilities.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field
• 2 years of experience managing teams of 3+ people
• 6+ years of Backend development experience in Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Clojure
