Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage tax reporting, compliance, and coordination with external auditors and authorities.
• Oversee cash flow management, P&L, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial insight and business alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA or equivalent – an advantage).
• 4-6 years of experience in a financial control or senior accounting role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and analysis.
• Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Priority ERP.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Advantages
