DevOps Manager

A successful start-up company has developed an AI-based SaaS platform for high-scale security automation.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, close to both the train and light rail stations, with a hybrid work model including two work-from-home days per week. The company employs approximately 100 people.

Role Overview-

The position involves managing and leading a team of four, building and developing infrastructure, tools, and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development, engineering, and product teams to ensure reliability and scalability across all company development and production environments.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 2 years of management experience
• Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi
• Expertise in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven experience building secure, reliable, and scalable systems
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Experience working in high-scale SaaS environments
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash
