VLSI Engineer

A startup company developing an advanced chip designed to optimize computational processing in AI systems. The development involves a full end-to-end process from product definition and architecture, through hardware design and verification, all the way to implementation.

The chip is a complex, high-performance SoC aimed at enhancing AI capabilities in image and audio processing, while integrating technologies from multiple domains.

The company has offices in Tel Aviv and Caesarea, with a hybrid work model including one work-from-home day per week.

Requirements-

• 7 years of experience as a VLSI Design Engineer
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering from a leading university
• Proven experience in defining and designing micro-architecture (uArch) for complex design units
• Hands-on experience in SoC design
• Full ownership of cluster/block design, including initial synthesis, lint checks, integration, and close collaboration with PD, DFT, and Verification teams
