Economist- Healthcare Organization

A leading and well-established healthcare organization is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Economist to join its financial unit.

This is a key role within a large and dynamic institution, involving financial analysis, budgeting, and direct collaboration with senior management to support strategic decision making.

About the Role:

• Build annual financial forecasts (revenues and expenses) and conduct comprehensive economic analyses.
• Manage and monitor departmental budgets and ongoing financial performance.
• Prepare cost analyses and business plans for new technologies, services, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with department heads and executives to provide financial insights that drive decision making.
• Present data and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead independent analytical projects while collaborating closely with a professional team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics – required.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Economist or Financial Planner, preferably from commercial or corporate environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Business Objects – advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and highly organized team player.

Additional Details:

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–16:00.
