Clients Relations Agent (Hebrew Speaker) (Relocation to Cyprus provided)

We are working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Clients Relations Agent (Hebrew Speaker) to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities:

Reception of clients into the Company.

Assisting clientele with transacting funds.

Provide assistance with the company's range of services.

Negotiating better terms and conditions with clients.

Building and maintaining strong business relationships between the company and its clients.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Hebrew and English.

Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role is a must.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Experience In Sales Or Portfolio Management Is Preferred.

Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
