As a Product Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure that products and processes run smoothly and have the data and tools needed for success
• Provides critical support by building systems to capture, review, and analyze usage information and other key data, which helps PMs make better-informed product decisions.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data.
• Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization.
• Project manage the implementation and roll-out of products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on launch tasks.
  
  

• At least 3 years experience Product Operation/ RnD Technical Program Management experience with proven experience – Must
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail and not afraid of rolling up sleeves to get things done
• Have an understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Experience with Jira and Confluence – Must
• Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation – Must
• 2 years experience with digital analytics and visualization tools such as
• Full Story, BI tools (Tableau, Looker) – Advantage
• Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation
• BSc computer science, engineering, or a related technical field – advantage
