Job Title: Product Manager – Rapid Platform
Location: Kibbutz Gvat, Israel (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and self-motivated Product Manager to join the Rapid team and help shape the future of the Rapid platform ecosystem — including Rapid Pro, Rapid Field, and related tools.
The Rapid platform is Rivulis’ next-generation digital irrigation design environment, combining advanced hydraulic design, field data collection, and project management tools into one integrated ecosystem used by professionals worldwide.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, sets clear goals, and consistently meets them. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from a business and user-centric perspective, ensuring alignment between market needs, user experience, and development priorities.
Responsibilities
• Manage product strategy and priorities across all Rapid platform solutions from a business perspective.
• Work closely with design, development, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Translate user feedback and business needs into actionable product tasks and improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira or similar task-management tools.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and review designs and flows using Figma.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure product consistency and alignment across regions.
• Track performance metrics and support the rollout of new features and updates.
Requirements
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with task management tools such as Jira and design review tools like Figma.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level English – spoken and written (mandatory).
Advantages
• Knowledge and understanding of agriculture or irrigation domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or Product Management).
• Experience working in digital platforms, SaaS, or AgTech solutions.
• Familiarity with GIS or design-based tools (e.g., AutoCAD, mapping, or CAD environments).
• Prior experience working in global or cross-functional teams.
• Technical understanding of system integration or product lifecycle tools.
