Finance Analyst

We are looking for a talented and motivated Finance Analyst to join our Asset Management Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain complex financial models for portfolio performance and forecasting.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to support management decisions.
• Analyse asset performance versus budget and identify trends and variances.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements, including monitoring financial covenants and obligations.
• Support financing and refinancing processes by providing detailed financial data and insights.
• Prepare financial forecasts and performance reports to guide management decisions.
• Contribute to activities such as credit rating processes, project valuations, and risk hedging strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) – required
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis – required; experience with project finance models – strong advantage
• Previous experience in financial consulting - strong advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel – required; knowledge in VBA – advantage
• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – required
• Strong motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independency, and the ability to multitask under stressed timelines
