A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced Electrical & Control Engineer to manage the plant’s electrical, control, and instrumentation systems. This is a key position reporting directly to the VP of Operations and leading a professional team on site.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for all electrical, control, and instrumentation systems within the plant
- Manage a professional team of 2 electricians and 2 instrument technicians
- Plan, design, and implement new electrical and control systems
- Supervise and manage electrical contractors and external vendors
- Oversee procurement of electrical and control equipment and materials
- Collaborate and coordinate work with internal departments and external parties
- Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures
- Work with advanced computer systems and design software
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Control Engineering – mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar industrial environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with computerized systems and design tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and work with multiple interfaces
